Debbie Grady, Carlsbad Police Department
2008 Southern Chapter Treasurer

Debbie started her law enforcement career as a Public Safety Dispatcher in 1992.  She was hired by the Murrieta Police Department in 1995, promoting to Support Services Manager in 1996.  In this capacity she oversaw both dispatch and records functions for the department.  In 2003 Debbie accepted her current position as the Communications Manager with Carlsbad Police Department. 

Debbie has been involved with CCUG as a member since 1996 and in 2007 became more involved by being an integral part of the Seminar Planning Committee.  Debbie has attended seminars and chapter meetings regularly and has expressed a desire, for some time, to become more involved.  In May of 2008 Debbie was elected to serve the remaining 2008 term as the CCUG Southern Chapter treasurer.

When not busy at work and with CCUG Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and children.  She also take great pleasure in her home wine making endeavors.c
