Debbie Konstantakos, Chino Police Department
2008 Southern Chapter Assistant Director

Debra Konstantakos, began her career in law enforcement in 1983 as a Police Dispatcher for the City of Montclair. She joined the Chino Police Department in 1991 as a Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor. She is a member of the S.W.A.T. Team, serving as a Tactical Dispatcher during high-risk critical incidents. Additionally, she is a Criminal Justice Instructor for local colleges in the southern California area.  She instructs P.O.S.T. certified courses for Dispatchers, Communication Training Officers, Civilian Supervisors, and Peace Officers. 

Debra became a member of CCUG in 2006 after attending her first meeting. Debra was elected to serve as the Southern Chapter Treasurer for 2007 and re-elected for the same position in 2008.  When the Southern Chapter Assistant Director position became vacant near the start of the year, she was appointed by the Executive Board to take over as Assistant Director for the remainder of the 2007-2008 term.   

Debra is married with two grown children and one grandchild. She enjoys fishing, boating and spending quality time with her family and Yorkshire Terrier named Zoi.
