Jennifer Prado, San Mateo County Sheriff's Department
2011-2012 Central Chapter Assistant Director
Jennifer started working in law enforcement in 2002 when she took a position with the Redwood City Police Department working with at risk youth. In 2003 she took a position as a Criminal Records Technician for the San Mateo Sheriff's Department. She was promoted to Records Supervisor in 2008, at which time she also took on the duties of ATC (now ACC).
Jennifer's first experience with CCUG was the 2003 Training & Technology Conference. Since then she's attended several training meetings of both the Central and Northern chapters and both the 2008 and 2009 Seminars. She said over the years she's come to realize how important CCUG is to CLETS users and wanted to become more involved.
In March 2010 Jennifer was asked by the Central Chapter and Executive Board to serve as Central Chapter Treasurer for 2010. Jennifer was then elected to serve as the Central Chapter Assistant Director for the 2011-2012 term.
When she has free time Jennifer likes to spend time with her family and friends. She likes to camp, fish, motorcycle and attend sporting events.
