Keith LeBrun, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department
2017-2018 Executive Treasurer
Keith began his law enforcement career in 1988 when he became a Deputy with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. After working in one of the L.A. County jails for four years, he transferred to Lakewood Sheriff's Station where he worked patrol for just under eight years. Keith was selected to work in the LASD JDIC Unit in 2000, and served as his department's CLETS instructor. In addition to training, he was involved in all aspects of his department's dealings with CLETS/NCIC/NLETS. He assisted users of the LASD message switch, and provided assistance to members of his agency and other L.A. County agencies as needed. In 2014 Keith returned to patrol duties at the LASD Lakewood Station.
Keith has been involved in CCUG since 2000. He has stayed active since first becoming involved and has served in various board positions throughout the years. In May of 2014 there was a need to make an appointment to the Executive Treasurer position and Keith was asked to step in to finish the year. He was then appointed to the position for 2015-2016 and again for 2017-2018.
When he's not busy with work or CCUG, Keith likes to spend time reading, doing home improvements, and spending time with family.
