Complete the form below to request exhibit space at the CCUG Training & Technology Seminar to be held September 10-14, 2012 in Foster City, CA. Set-up begins as early as 7:00 am on Thursday, September 13, 2012 and all exhibits must be cleared by 1:00 pm Friday, September 14. Exhibit will be open Thursday from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm and on Friday from 7:30 am until noon.
The fee for exhibit space is:
$150 for an 8 x 8 tabletop exhibit space with a six-foot table and two chairs
$200 for an 8 x 16 tabletop exhibit space with two six-foot tables and four chairs
As an exhibitor you agree that CCUG will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or other loss as a result of your participation as an exhibitor at the 2012 CCUG Training & Technology Seminar. CCUG and its agents agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage, theft, or other losses.
