Greetings,
I would like to invite you to take part in the 2012 California CLETS Users Group (CCUG) Training & Technology Seminar, which will be held September 10-14, 2012 in Foster City, California. Our seminar normally draws approximately 150 attendees from around the state of California. Our members are comprised primarily of dispatchers, records personnel, and trainers from law enforcement agencies throughout California.
For the last two years we have companies and individuals with products our attendees might like to purchase for themselves available for one or two days during our seminar. Because this has proven beneficial to both our attendees and those who have chosen to offer their products, it is our intent to continue this opportunity. We would like to invite companies and individuals who have products and services that may be of interest to our attendees on a personal level to join us. We encourage displays to be set up from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 13 and 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 14. During these times our attendees will be in various classes, however we will have half-hour breaks (one each morning, one each afternoon) during which they will have the opportunity to shop. We will provide an 8’ x 8’ or 8’ x 16’ display space (see below) with a draped, six foot table(s) and chairs to all exhibitors.
The cost for exhibit space is as follows:

8’ x 8’ display space (one six-foot table) - $150
•8’ x 16’ display space (two six-foot tables) - $200
All exhibitors are invited to join us for lunch on both Thursday and Friday
