CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:
We are unable to provide refunds after August 24, 2012. All cancellations/refund requests must be made in writing - telephone cancellations will not be accepted. We cannot provide refunds for no-shows.

This year our seminar will start at 1230 Tuesday (9/11/12) and will end at 1200 on Friday (09/14/12). Our training on Tuesday and Friday will consist of general sessions, two each day. Our training on Wednesday and Thursday will consist of breakout sessions offered throughout the day.
When looking at the agenda you may notice we have breakout sessions starting as early as 0630 hours. Please note there are four opportunities to attend breakout sessions, however only three breakout session each on Wednesday and Thursday are required to obtain your 8 hours POST credits for the day (4 hours POST credits can be earned on Tuesday and on Friday). The change was to allow “early risers” to get started with their day and end early and to allow “late risers” the chance to start a little later in the morning. You are not required to attend all four breakout sessions each day (although you are welcome to do so if you choose).
