Greetings,
I would like to invite you to take part in the 2012 California CLETS Users Group (CCUG) Training & Technology Seminar, which will be held September 10-14, 2012 in Foster City, California. In addition to supporting CCUG, your participation will give you the opportunity to meet the people who use the products your company offers.
Since CCUG originated, our mission has been to represent the approximately 1300 law enforcement and criminal justice agencies in California. Our membership includes management, supervisory, and technical staff, representing agencies that use message-switching or computer-aided dispatch systems that access CLETS. We represent all of the different types of law enforcement agencies that employ the products and technologies you provide on an ongoing basis to do their jobs. Many of our members are also involved in planning, managing, implementing, and operating the equipment used in their agencies.
CCUG recognizes and values the importance of the support we receive from companies like yours. For this reason, we have an area set aside at our 2012 seminar for the companies that accept this opportunity so you can show your products and services to our members. We will also reserve a time for CCUG seminar attendees to visit participating exhibitors, giving them an opportunity to meet you and other representatives of your company personally. We are confident that you will find your participation in this seminar a valuable and productive experience. The registration fee for the 2012 CCUG Seminar is $800, which includes:
- An 8’ x 8’ draped tabletop exhibit space (includes one six foot table and two chairs)
- Seminar registration ($350-$450 value) that includes a welcome reception on Tuesday evening, September 11, 2012 as well as lunch on Wednesday, September 12, 2012
- Recognition of each vendor with the opportunity for you to make a short statement about your company during opening ceremonies, which will be held on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 11, 2012.
- Roster of all CCUG seminar attendees, including names and contact information
Our 2012 seminar will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Foster City, California from September 11-14, 2012. We are accepting reservations and encourage you to make them early to ensure the best possible exhibit selection.
I also want to take this opportunity to invite you to become a CCUG Corporate Sponsor or Corporate Member. Both the Corporate Sponsorship and Corporate Membership benefits include:
- Your company logo, placed on the home page of www.ccug.org as the featured vendor for at least two one-week periods during the year
- Waiver of seminar exhibit space registration fee ($800 value)
- Up to four additional lunches if desired during our seminar
- Inclusion in the vendor directory distributed to all seminar attendees, regardless of whether you are able to participate (if you choose not to participate, we will, at your request, place your literature out for you during the seminar)
- Notification of all chapter meetings, giving you the opportunity to introduce your company as well as participate in our training sessions.
The annual Corporate Membership fee is $1200. For an additional $600 ($1800 total), you can upgrade to a Corporate Sponsorship and receive all the above benefits as well as:
- Special recognition at our seminar
- Recognition of your company included in our seminar program
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship during one of our break times
