Corporate sponsorship and corporate membership includes exhibit space at the CCUG Training & Technology Seminar to be held September 10-14, 2012 in Foster City, CA. Exhibit space includes on 8 x 8 tabletop exhibit space with a six-foot table and two chairs. Set-up begins as early as 7:30 am on Tuesday, September 11 and exhibits will be officially opened in early in the afternoon, though we encourage you to be set up prior to noon as we have registrations and other attendee functions occurring prior to our opening ceremonies. Exhibit times will be on Tuesday afternoon (Sep 11) and through the day Wednesday (Sep 12). All exhibits must be broken down by 6:00 pm Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
As an exhibitor you agree that CCUG will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or other loss as a result of your participation as an exhibitor at the 2012 CCUG Training & Technology Seminar. CCUG and its agents agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage, theft, or other losses.
