All Corporate sponsorships include exhibit space at the CCUG Training & Technology Seminar to be held September 10-13, 2019 in Sacramento, CA.  Exhibit space includes on 8 x 8 tabletop exhibit space with a six-foot table and two chairs. Set-up begins as early as 1:00 pm on Monday, September 09 and exhibits will be officially opened Tuesday afternoon following our opening ceremonies. We encourage you to be set up prior to noon as we have registrations and other attendee functions occurring prior to our opening ceremonies which may give you some opportunities to interact with our attendees.  Exhibit times will be on Tuesday afternoon (Sep 10) and through the day Wednesday (Sep 11).  All exhibits must be broken down by 6:00 pm Wednesday, September 11, 2019.

As an exhibitor you agree that CCUG will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or other loss as a result of your participation as an exhibitor at the 2019 CCUG Training & Technology Seminar.  CCUG and its agents agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage, theft, or other losses.

*Meals provided to our attendees are also available to all our exhibitors, so please plan to join us.
