Proposed changes to the CCUG Bylaws

The CCUG Byalws committee has recommended, and the CCUG Executive Board has concurred with, changes to the CCUG Bylaws. Please take a moment to review the changes and cast your vote to indicate if you feel these changes should or should not be made. All votes must be received no later than November 1, 2023.

The proposed bylaws changes are as follows:
Article I, Section 1.2 is changed to allow retiree members to serve in an appointed, non-voting position.
Article III, Section 2.3 is added to codify the procedure to cure a tied vote for a board position should it occur.
