Cumulative PTSD is a significant, yet relatively unaddressed issue that impacts dispatchers in all areas of life. This course will help to educate students not only on the signs and symptoms of Cumulative PTSD, but also ways to find support and mitigate future risk.
Training: How to have fun teaching CLETS [1230-1400]

Did you know you can have fun teaching CLETS? And your trainees can have fun learning it? It’s true! This course follows the theory of adult learning with heavy emphasis on the interactive ways CLETS can be taught. Come glean new ideas, new approaches, and hopefully have some fun doing it.
