Customer Service: How NOT to be the Next Sound Bite on CNN
We are pleased to announce that Customer Service: How NOT to be the Next Sound Bite on CNN will be offered as a 2022 CCUG Training & Technology Seminar Pre-Seminar Class. This training is being presented by IXII Group, Instructor Terri Suggett. The cost of the course is $100 (Members) or $125 (non-members). This is not included in Seminar registration. This is a wonderful class and will be offered in conjunction with our Seminar on Monday, September 12, 2022. Class time is 0800-1700 and includes lunch.
Eight hours of POST Credits are available for this class.
Class size is limited seating and is in high demand.
