2023-2024 Central Chapter Assistant Director

Krissy began her career in Emergency Services Dispatch in April 2008 at the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.  During her time as a dispatcher she took on positions such as Communications Training Officer, peer support member and acting supervisor.  In July 2016 Krissy was  promoted to the position of Emergency Services Dispatch Supervisor.  Krissy is a part of the Northern California Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO), ProCHRT culture group which is looking to make positive changes in the culture of dispatch centers. 

In September of 2018 Krissy attended her first CCUG seminar and immediately knew that she wanted to be involved.  She gratefully accepted the nomination for Central Chapter Treasurer for 2019 and was elected by the Central Chapter membership. Krissy was again elected to serve as the Central Chapter Treasurer for 2020 and 2021. Krissy was elected to serve as the Central Chapter Secretary for 2022. For the 2023-2024 term, she was elected to serve as her chapter’s Assistant Director.

During Krissy’s time off she spends time with her dog and cat, baking, attending concerts and comedy shows.  Krissy is an avid San Jose Sharks fan.
