2026-2027 Northern Chapter Director
Celina has been a Napa Police Department Dispatcher for 16 years. She enjoys being apart of the team and helping others when most needed. She says she works with an exceptional team of men and women and looks forward to continuing her position on the CCUG board.
Celina has four children and five grandchildren. She is a huge animal lover and loves volunteering her time at her daughter’s school as well as her 4H Club. When Celina is not volunteering she is spending time cheering her youngest daughter on with her dance competition team and working on showmanship with her new goat.
Celina first attended the CCUG Seminar in 2011 and has remained as active as she can since. For the 2024 term, Celina was elected by the membership of the Northern Chapter to serve as their Treasurer. Celina was elected to serve as the 2025-2026 Northern Chapter Assistant Director and now onto 2026-2027 Chapter Director.
