All Corporate sponsorships include exhibit space at the CCUG Training & Technology Seminar (date and location will be confirmed soon). Set-up begins as early as 1:00 pm on Monday and exhibits will be opened Tuesday at 10:00 am. We encourage you to be set up and ready as we have registrations and other attendee functions occurring prior to our opening ceremonies which may give you some opportunities to interact with our attendees.  Vendor exhibits will “officially” open after our Opening Ceremonies. Exhibit times will be on Tuesday afternoon  and through the day Wednesday.  All exhibits must be broken down by 6:00 pm Wednesday.

As an exhibitor you agree that CCUG will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or other loss as a result of your participation as an exhibitor at the 2027 CCUG Training & Technology Seminar.  CCUG and its agents agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage, theft, or other losses.
