Training: 360 Degree Leadership [1230-1530]

Leadership is not limited to a title or rank. True leadership is a 360-degree experience: mentoring those who are newer or less experienced, supporting those who are serving alongside you, and effectively communicating with and influencing those above you. This session will dive into practical strategies for supporting those you supervise, those who are serving alongside you, and those you answer to while building trust, credibility and stronger working relationships.

Registration: Registration is $35 for members/$50 for non-members (payment expected for no-shows) – $10 discount for each additional attendee from member agencies.
