2024 Northern Chapter Treasurer
Celina has been a Napa Police Department Dispatcher for 15 years. She enjoys being apart of the team and helping others when most needed. She says she works with an exceptional team of men and women and looks forward to working with the CCUG board as a new board member.
Celina has four children and five grandchildren. She also has three doggies, one cat, two bunnies, eight chickens and a pygmy goat. In her spare time she enjoys working out and MMA classes. She also enjoys watching her son wrestle with his high school team and her daughter dancing on her competition team along with volunteering for our 4H club.
Celina first attended the CCUG Seminar in 2011 and has remained as active as she can since. For the 2024 term, Celina was elected by the membership of the Northern Chapter to serve as their Treasurer.
