Alameda County Sheriff’s Office
2026 Central Chapter Treasurer
Madi grew up in a law enforcement family, with her mom dispatching for nearly two decades before her retirement from Livermore PD in 2021, and her step-dad retiring at the rank of Lieutenant from Tracy PD in 2024.
Madi began her career with Alameda County in October of 2021 when she was hired as a Stenographer with the District Attorney’s Office Public Assistance Fraud Division. There she assigned cases, completed all preparatory analyses on upcoming investigations, and was occasionally able to assist in the investigations themselves. In late 2023, she felt it was time to spread her wings and challenge herself by pursuing a career path she had long considered. Madi applied for the position Emergency Services Dispatcher I with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, and after a lengthy hiring process, received her job offer August of 2024. Madi then completed an intensive 11-month training program and flex promoted to the rank of ESD II.
In her free time, Madi enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her friends and family. She is a devoted dog mom to Mako, her four year-old Doberman Shepherd. Her love language is baking for others, and she is an avid concert and beach-goer.
Madi attended her first CCUG Seminar in September of 2025 in Palm Springs and is eager to immerse herself further into the dispatch community and gain helpful knowledge to better assist herself and her partners. She was elected by the membership of the Central Chapter to serve as their treasurer for 2026.
